the lobby/lounge area has a unique ambiance that's inviting and comfortable. the air conditioning in my room was inconsistent and took time to cool.

the courtyards offers a fantastic location near several great restaurants. my large king studio was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, making it a perfect spot for relaxation. the staff were incredibly attentive, ensuring any requests were met promptly. the outdoor pool and 24-hour fitness center added to the enjoyable experience.

We had a fantastic time visiting Johnson City, where we enjoyed the local music scene and rich history. Staying with my brother made it even better. The staff treated us like family, and our room was spacious and well-stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

My family stayed for a graduation event, and the king room easily accommodated us with a nice sitting area. The large bathroom and comfortable bed made our stay enjoyable. Although breakfast wasn't included, several great restaurants are within walking distance. Be aware of higher rates during busy weekends!

Location is excellent, just steps away from several great restaurants. The room was quite spacious and had a comfortable sitting area, which made relaxing easy. The bathroom was large enough for us and clean, which we appreciated. The bed felt cozy, and we had no issues sleeping well. However, we faced some inconveniences like the absence of hot water for showers, which was quite frustrating. I was in a hurry for an event and had to deal with that. Also, I noticed some mold in the shower, which was less than ideal. Although breakfast wasn’t included, the option to grab food nearby made up for it somewhat. The staff I encountered were warm and accommodating during our stay.

I recently stayed for 2 nights, and the room was immaculate with a super comfy bed. The outdoor fire pit was a nice touch for relaxation, but it took too long to get my order from the Bistro.
